Kada Research have been commissioned by the University of Essex to test employer demand for a Data Scientist and Biomedical Scientist degree apprenticeship. As part of this study, we are carrying out a survey to help the University to develop new provision in line with employer demands in the region. We were wondering whether you could share the survey with your employer contacts who may be interested in a Data Scientist or Biomedical Scientist degree apprenticeship or already have some in place. Do let us know if you can support us with this research. I’ve attached an official blurb to share with potential employers.
The survey explores whether an organisation already has apprenticeships in place. It then asks if they have demand for and / or potential interest in the data scientist degree apprenticeship or the Biomedical Scientist degree apprenticeship. The survey concludes with a summary of next steps for the research which will include the option of having a short online discussion with a Kada researcher to gain further insights into how the apprenticeship could be delivered. All survey responses will be anonymised and confidential.
