Schools’ Green Skills Summit
The Norfolk and the Suffolk Chambers of Commerce are working with the Department for Education (DfE) to put employers at the heart of the skills agenda with the launch of the Norfolk and Suffolk Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP.)
They really need businesses to engage with this to have a bigger say in what skills are needed in the workplace. This is both for today and the future by providing their insight into the skills needed within their business and industry and to give feedback on current skills provision.
There are a series of roadshow events being held across Norfolk and Suffolk detailed here, together with a skills survey responses to which will be fed into this work with the Local Skills Improvement Plan.
