The centre provides essential support services and flexible workspaces aimed at enabling start-ups and SMEs to thrive. It is designed to foster innovation and facilitate the scaling of businesses, making it an ideal location for a café that serves a diverse clientele.
The facility will include office spaces specifically for high-growth start-ups, collaborative and innovative working areas, as well as meeting rooms. Importantly, the café will support tenants of the building and also conference visitors and the broader Gateway 14 community.
With a total of 44 office units and space for hot desks, the Innovation Gateway is set to become a bustling centre of activity. The café will encompass approximately 1,940 square feet. This will provide ample space to serve the needs of those working, training, and collaborating within the centre.
