Eye Energy Focus Group Event
Invitation to businesses to discuss energy use and reducing carbon emissions at focus group in Eye.
The University of Suffolk is working with the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce on research about energy use. We would like to learn more about what businesses are currently doing and what they have planned – whether it is reducing costs, meeting targets for lowering emissions, or transitioning to low carbon energy sources. We also want to hear from businesses who are generating their own energy or might want to in the future.
Our aim is to hold group discussions that will bring together businesses at the same industrial estate, or in the same part of the county. Below, you will find details of an event taking place in your area. As well as helping the university and chamber of commerce with its research, participants will have the opportunity to talk to others about energy, carbon reduction strategies and technologies and what help and support might be available. By bringing neighbouring businesses together, we will also be able to explore opportunities for working together and the potential barriers and benefits.
