Hollie WhittlesFSB National Skills Policy Champion

Hollie is an award winning TEDx speaker, author and Director of two digital companies – FraggleWorks and Purple Frog Systems. Her passion is to EDUCATE, ENTERTAIN and ENGAGE. She is also the Vice Chair of the CompTIA UK&I Community Executive Council, and sits on the Boards for Digital Leaders, the Careers & Enterprise Company, the Digital Poverty Alliance. In 2023, Holiie was a finalist in the Digital Women awards, in the categories: digital woman of the year, and role model.

With her wealth of experience, Hollie will act as a catalyst for all businesses to have apprenticeships.

Lynn has over 25 years’ experience working with Leaders and HR Professionals. Drawing on her extensive business experience she engages with clients to determine the extent of the change required, and enables them to really understand how to overcome perceived barriers and challenges to attain their desired results. Furthermore, she connects individual development to strategic needs, to create innovative solutions to their most complex HR and business issues.

Ryan Crawford – Managing Director of Potential Realised

Ryan has extensive experience coaching at C suite level in global companies. With over 25 years experience in senior leadership, he now takes great pride in supporting other leaders to build their own leadership capabilities. Ryan is an advocate of apprenticeships, and believes they add massive value to both the learner and the business. Furthermore, he incorporates workplace tools and emotional intelligence techniques to help leaders become more agile and adept at managing change.
