Gateway 14

The largest business, innovation and logistics park in East Anglia

Gateway 14 is part of Freeport East. The Chancellor of the Exchequer announced Eight new Freeports in England on 3 March 2021. The low tax, low regulation zone will be a hub for global trade as well as creating a hotbed for innovation.

Developed by Gateway 14 Ltd, this is a particularly impressive new site. The developer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mid Suffolk District Council. The new landmark development is also certainly poised to be the largest business, innovation and logistics park in East Anglia. The site is located 26 miles from the Port of Felixstowe, 12.5 miles to Ipswich and the A12, and 45 miles to M11 and linking to the wider motorway network.
