Eastern Gateway is a large-scale development site located in Suffolk, England. It is situated at Junction 54 of the A14, close to the Port of Felixstowe and the town of Ipswich. The site has a total area of 1,000 acres and is designated as part of the New Anglia Space to Innovate Enterprise Zone.

Eastern Gateway is one of the largest development opportunities in East Anglia and is expected to attract a range of businesses, including logistics, manufacturing, and distribution.

The first phase of infrastructure is complete, part of a fully ‘master planned’ setting for business.

The next phase of infrastructure, providing access to the east side of the park, is now under construction and due for completion by the end of Q1 in 2023.

Existing occupiers include a 265,000 sq ft national distribution unit for LDH (La Doria) Ltd and 100,000 sq ft delivery station for Amazon.
