Stonham Barns

Stonham Barns Park is a bustling family complex filled with an abundance of attractions and activities to suit all. The barns provide a wonderful family day out in the Suffolk Countryside. The site is also conveniently situated on the A1120 tourist route.

You’ll find a vibrant shopping village here at Stonham Barns, filled with a plethora of unique shops! There are many independent stores offering a distinctive range of products including Carters of Suffolk who produce handmade collectable teapots. From fabrics to framing and pet foods to beauty products, there’s enough at Stonham Barns to suit your shopping needs!

Kersey Mill

Situated in the picturesque countryside, close to Hadleigh and the pretty village of Kersey. You’ll find a great range of independent businesses including a coffee shop, and a second-hand clothing boutique. Furthermore, there’s an art gallery, flower shop, and a glass painting studio. There’s also a craft shop with over 29 crafters’ work on display! 

And for those a little more active there’s also a gym, Pilates room, as well as hosting space to provide more holistic services. You can find wellbeing therapies, counselling, creative photography and graphic design and promotion.

As part of the Kersey Mill experience, you’ll find a wide range of events and activities throughout the year from open days to workshops.

Suffolk Food Hall

With so much to do under one roof, you’ll be spoilt for choice at Suffolk Food Hall. Champions of local food and drink, here you’ll find award winning ales and wines, a full butcher counter, a chocolatier, artisan bakery and delicatessen. There’s also a wonderfully presented Homes and Gardens department, including gifts and locally sourced products by Suffolk Makers. Why not try the on-farm restaurant or grab a coffee from the coffee shop while you’re there. The Cook House building includes a gym, beauty salon, cookery school and Pilates studio.

The Shed

The Shed is 5000+ square feet of antiques vintage and brocante in Sproughton. You’ll also find modern homeware and gifts. The Potting Shed showcases outdoor furniture and figurines plus an in-store florist, selling plants, fresh flowers, bouquets and more.

A must-see is the 1940’s style Nora’s Tearoom where you are served the most fabulous light lunches and cake in true vintage style. Enjoy the beautiful china crockery and the type of service that you’d expect from a top class war-time tearoom.

Alder Carr Farm

Alder Carr Farm is a secret gem hidden in the Suffolk countryside, with a farm shop bursting with local, seasonal & artisan produce. You will also find a range of craft and gift shops, and a vintage and antiques shop. If you enjoy the great outdoors, you can enjoy strolling around the farm trail, visiting the farm animals, and relaxing in the picnic and play area.

Alongside the farm shop is the Courtyard Cafe, situated in a converted oak-framed barn, where a team of chefs use the finest seasonal & local produce – including meat from their own butchery – to create delicious meals, and a fabulous range of cakes.
